Yeah I know how you feel you just have to resist temptation or substitute those bad sugars with good ones like eating fruits I know this is corny, but fruit is nature's candy. I have been dieting for 1 week and a day now and I have been cutting bread you just have to do it.

Have sweets after your workout along with your whey protein. Also u can have sweets in the morning and not only will ur body be able to use it as energy and not far, but also u will crave it less throughout the day. Hope this helps

It depends on what's available. Sometimes I can find something sweet like chocolate covered peanuts in the house. Or ther times I either have to make something sweet or just ignore my sweet tooth. If I do make something its either cookies or brownies. Funny thing is though I will eat like one or two, then leave the rest for my brothers.

Ice cream is a go-to around here because of the intense heat.
If I'm making an effort to avoid sweets for any reason, I have some juice or something, or a Propel since it has no sugar or calories.I drink water. Boring, I know but I have a huge sweet tooth, so if I start eating chocolate or candy i'll just eat the whole thing. And thats not good haha.
