I am a 22 year old girl, 4"11, weigh 105 pounds, and I have 30DDD. Would the healthiest cup size for me be a D or C for my breast reduction surgery?

IN SUMMARY (in case you don't want to read the entire post): From the information I provided above, should I size down to a D or C for my necessary breast reduction surgery?
THE CONCERNS: (from highest to lowest)
1. physical health: back, neck, shoulder, and chest pain
2. want to still see "me" after the surgery
3. minimizing unwanted attention I've had since I was 12 years old.

If you guys could give me some feedback such as your opinion on what would be a healthy size for me, and things to expect with having a D and C cup size that would be great! :3

I came into the doctor awhile ago complaining about horrible back, neck, shoulder, and chest pain that I've had since I was 17 and I got signed up for reduction surgery. The reason I ask which cup size would be best for me is because although it would be a dream come true finally get rid of these things that have caused me so much physical and psychological pain (bullying, constant harassment, unwanted attention and comments, contestant stares, rumors, and, yes, even assault) I don't want to go down so small that I don't recognize myself anymore. If I can get away with a D without having the ongoing issues that I have to deal with every day then that's fine but I'm so small that I think even a C would be big enough for me. I understand that unwanted attention is going to happen to every girl but I just want to be treated equal and ignored like everybody else.

P.S. Those of you who wish to post rude comments, please keep them to yourselves. I've had this creepy unwanted attention since I was 12 years old and I can guarantee whatever you want to say I've already heard a million times.
