I really want to start exorcising and being more healthy. How do i motivate myself to wake up in the morning and go for a run? I've set my alarm but i always say "screw it" and press snooze.
i just started running too! the best feeling is after when you're like omg if i can do that i can do anything. its honestly a wonderful feeling so just push yourself to do it, even if in the morning you aren't that motivated.

I would say to find something to focus on. It could be your goals, or anything just be able to focus on that one thing and you can push through anything.
