Is there any way to reduce cellulite on a girl?

This girl I like has pretty bad cellulite, is there any way to reduce it or even completely get rid of it? If there isn't im going to have to find someone else it looks really bad.

Be more active. Exercise and toning the muscles to become tight!! Usually it's excess fat and or poor circulation. If she is already thin and fit, (tight skin) and she has this, then that's worse, cause it can be hereditary and that's harder to deal with... Anyway, if she is a bit on the chubby side it's probably just excess fat, so exercising to tone muscles can help reduce it an even get rid of it completely. If it's cause of poor circulation, you could massage it frequently, there's even little massage machines you can buy to help circulation. If it's hereditary, well that sucks!! good luck to her on that xD but she can still try exercise and massaging, it will help.

Also, there's a myth that I don't know how much truth it has to it.. but supposedly girls who wear "jeans"(pants) a lot, are more prone to get cellulite, than girls who don't often wear jeans. and I mean real jean material, not the leggings.
