Oh dear, don't listen to what those two guys said. First, don't wash your face more than twice a day because you will likely be drying out your face which causes it to want to overproduce oils to make up for it, so really it's only contributing to the issue.
Second, pore strips don't actually work. They just remove the surface portion of the blackhead and leave it open for bacteria to get inside, which can actually cause them to worsen and develop into pimples.
Try only washing twice a day, and exfoliate your skin twice per week using a scrub. I recommend using honey and cinnamon, just mix a small amount of the two until you get a paste. Honey and cinnamon are both natural antibacterials so they may help to clarify your skin.
Eat well. Fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes as often as you can and avoid over processed and especially fast-foods. Drink lots of water every day. Avoid dairy products as these cause breakouts in a lot of people.
Stick to this for a month and if nothing improves, I'd suggest seeing a dermatologist for a professional opinion. There are blackhead removal procedures but these are obviously not permanent.

You can't get rid of these unless you gets old (then your skin will not be oily anymore).
All you can do is washing your face regularly (at least 3-4 times a day) and take some blood purifying syrup.
