Does milk fill anyone else up?

I had a cup of milk this morning and it filled me up. Guess I don't have to worry about stopping anywhere to eat since I'm out!!

yeah that's true during the days i used to consume chocolate milk, it filled me up more than a glass of coffee like i do now.

but please tell me how stupid i was that i used to consume milk. i wanna hear that!!! i feel very stupid that i consumed milk in my teens

Why would you think that? Milk is good for calcium and protein. The low-fat or fat-free of course.

I'm always on the munch so it takes more than that to fill me up. I do like milk though, particularly if I've got a cookie.

lol, I've always liked the biscuit but detested the middle haha, it's a good thing the shop near me has started doing the chocolate creme ones because the supermarket doesn't always have them. I go through phases, sometimes it's oreos, sometimes cookies, sometimes bourbons... the list could go on.

Yes, but only for a very short time. It's not really as satisfying as real food.

Definitely. If I eat cereal with milk (any kind of milk) then I usually don't want to eat for at least 4 hours.

Nah. I usually eat cereal and then a couple to a few hours later eat breakfast again.

I have a complete meal for breakfast. If I don't I will over eat in lunch and have unhealthy snacks along the way.

That's why it's important to eat breakfast!! Even if I don't have a full meal, I won't overeat.

Pretty much lost my cravings for unhealthy foods.
