Does anyone do Yoga?

My housemate wants to try Yoga and wants me to go with her. My first thought was GAYYYY but then she said its a fire shaper one that you do in extreme heat and it sweats out all your toxins and helping with toning and weight lose. I drink quite a bit so i wanna go to cleanse my system. That same feeling that you get from the gym. What is okay to wear at yoga? when i face booked the business we wanna go to the lady said compression pants/skins and a tight top that covers the armpits... is that what all guys wear? I'm kind of really embarrassed at wearing the tight compression pants because it puts everything on display and my package is really small and i don't want my housemate or others seeing that lol

When I went to yoga we had a male teacher. He was usually wearing simple sweatpants and a tight blouse. So I don't think you have to wear compression pants or tights if you're uncomfortable. Wear this kind of sweatpants that have an elastic band in the ankles, like this

If you're wearing too baggy clothes they will slide and reveal your body while you do some exercises and they 'll bother you. The sweatpants above won't slide because of the elastic band.

And since our teacher was male, he was actually masculine and half the women in class liked him, I don't think that yoga is for gay men only.

It isn't gay to do yoga (for guys)
it is very healthy and it beats gym
I do yoga regularly

Just go to a sauna, does virtually the same thing. So will eating hot peppers since the internal heat will literally burn away disease.

I did hot yoga about a year ago and did enjoy it. Lotz of other guys there too so it's not gay. And lots if hot girod there too!

yeah i would be prevuing the whole time. Did it make you feel better inside? all the cleansing/detox

First time is hard. Drink losts of water before and bring 2 bottles in the room. Try moksha hot yoga. It's a little more passive than other types of hot yoga and u can lay down in class anytime if it's too much on the first session. Just wear your shorts and nothing else. Best to ask the instructor before u go into the room.

You also may feel naucious after the first class. Totally normal. Best to go two/three days in a row to get use to the room. After that u wil be fine. Yes it does feel great getting the tozinc out of your body.
