wrists aren't really something you should try strengthen if they aren't naturally strong. Lifting with a sore wrist could accelerate carpal tunnel syndrome, which fucking sucks. Go easy on them and try exorcising them with 2-3 kg weights (max) or try the clench bars to strengthen your forearm to help substitute the wrist. Also you shouldn't be bending your wrists that much, it is un-natural.

You could wrap your wrists for more support when lifting heavily
Probably you have an infected tendon. Try to tape your wrist so it stays immobile. Maybe that helps. Doe you have pain without a weight when you make a hard fist or turn your wrist? If the pain stays, I would consult a doctor.
I have had this happen. I used ice when it first happened. My boyfriend gave me some celebrex (prescription) and that helped a lot. I kept it wrapped for a few days and went easy on the weights.
The celebrex does wonders.

I definitely get that with my wrists and shoulders. maybe lay off it for a while and ice pack it
I live the wrong way and got carpal tunnel or onset of it
