I just want to see if maybe I'm wrong about having to shampoo every time. Is just rinsing okay?
Do you wash your hair after every workout?

It may depend on the exercise and your hair type. Is it super curly, straight, corse, fine... etc
For me, my hair is pretty straight and fine, but I have a lot, so it absorbs sweat like none other and makes it feel almost crunchy (gross I know) when it dries with sweat. So I have to wash it every time. I have a friend that has fairly short, corse hair that she doesn't necessarily wash every time.
It also maybe the products you are using that will still allow your hair to dry out. The cheaper hair products you get at the dollar store, in my experience, will leave hair dry; but semi nice ones from walmart (I use herbal essences) don't.
I try to. But sometimes im too exhausted so I get lazy and just rinse it (that usually leavesy hair clumpy and knotted though). If im doing cardio, then I make it a point to shampoo and condition w/w/o pre-oiling. On my yoga days, sometimes I dont even wash it.
Yes , because if not my hair will alert sniffer dogs.

If your hair can't stand your shampoo, look for one that is less agressive to your hair. If your hair is not too fat, rinsing with hot water can be enough indeed to remove sweat, otherwise it may loose shape.
I shower every night. I workout every day. I don't shower at the gym.
I have no hair to wash :(
Who needs exercise?
