Is losing weight without trying a bad sign?

Is it a bad thing? Im starting to get worried because a lot of people over the past 2 months have told me I've lost weight and i hadn't really noticed it until others did but i have, i started measuring myself weekly to see if i am losing weight and I've lost weight all over my body without trying, 2 months ago my waist was 27 inches and now its nearly 23 inches, both thighs was 20 inches and now they're almost 17 inches, i haven't been to the doctors yet because I've kinda enjoyed being thinner but now im starting to get worried considering i dont do much exercise i do eat healthy but not all the time and I've done nothing whatsoever for this sudden weight loss?
