Have you become more actie in your day to day. Like gotten a job that involves more standing or movement.
Also are you eating the same size portions. Sometimes I do have a month or two where I'm not as hungry as I usually am. And then I usually do back to eating my regular portions.
Also maybe it's just a change In Your body. from like 11-17 I ate so much food, I was never full. But now I can't eat nearly as much food as I could back then
But just make sure your paying attention to details and if you notice anything abnormal consult your doctor

Have you been eating less? A similar thing happened to me a couple of years ago, I lost about 5 kgs in about a month and a half because I wasn't eating enough.

You're probably losing muscle mass. I don't know, it happened to me and that was my problem. Eating healthy and not exercising, bad idea.
