A man at my church died of one. He had a total of three seizures, I think. He was losing a bit of memory, he wasn't thinking right (hearing and seeing things; hallucinating), he got to the point of not being able to walk without help of some sort, he had weird cravings, he even kind of seemed like he had a cancerous form of Alzheimer's.
He needed hearing aids, he had horrible headaches, he had a hard time focusing his eyes, he mumbled and his speech wasn't good, he gained lots of weight, he wandered off on his own thinking he could do something by himself that he really needed help with.
So unless you have all that stuff going on, I think you're okay.

A relative of mine has a brain tumour. The Surgeon removed most of it, but can't remove part of it due to it resting on a nerve, it's too dangerous to remove. Symptoms vary from person to person, depending on which part of the brain the tumour covers. My relatives tumour covered her brain stem, so she was lucky to even survive the operation.
She never suffered any pain prior to her operation. Her symptoms were few. She went deaf in one ear, and kept loosing her balance.
I lost a friend to brain cancer a few years back. he was 16! he was often vomiting, sometimes uncontrollably. slurred speech, and he sometimes passed out, he also had memory loss, all of which got worse. By the time he passed he couldnt speak, and he didn't know who any of his friends or family were. it was pretty horrible to watch him deteriorate in the way that he did
Nahh , it probably isn't brain tumor. No worries , but the "brain feels really tight" ... that's a bit of a vague description you mean like as if there's a pressure inside your head or something?

Personally I don't have experience but people who have them have tremendous headaches, I mean migraines really, head pressure, seizures, visual problems and could get problems with functioning and/or memory loss. It is the brain being affected you know.
If you hada brain tumour, your brain wouldn't feel tight. Depending it were it was, is depending on the symptoms, you most probably would have a severe headache, nausea, paralysis, blindness, etc.
I would think you are most probably suffering from anxiety. Thats a very common symptom of anxiety, your head feeling tight. You don't have a brain tumour, you would be in a lot of pain.Headaches, seizures, eye sight gets effected , short term memory loss,
head swelling , I had a MRI with contrast done which revealed no tumor
the MRI was of my brain. You would certainly have symptoms, like problems with your speech, or hearing, vision, long- or short term memories or headaches.
Couldn't it be stress, what you describe?I have two people nearby me with brain tumors. They're both gonna die. It must be horrible, my mother's friend can't walk anymore and can't do anything exciting.
Omg are you okay? None of us are doctors so we can't actually tell you you have to go find out what's wrong =(
Omg stop Peg you have no brain tumor.

heidicullinan.files.wordpress.com/.../...z4rgp.gifI don't think tightness of the brain is a symptom of a tumor... or a thing silly girl. You may just have a headache or be light headed. Do the cure all: Drink plenty of water and get some sleep.
Then see how you feel.-.-.-.-.-.-.-. www.dumpaday.com/.../check-web-md-funny.jpg
I highly doubt you have a brain tumour. If you did you'd be having seizures losing control of speech or movement and lack of eye sight. Still I'm sorry that you're worried:(
Rule 1, never look up your symptoms on the internet.
well if its too much those people caNNOT walk on a stright line they autmaitcally move towards sides
The brain itself feels no pain, you probably just have a headache or are stressed :P
The brain itself cannot feel pain.
No clue and dont wanna know either, scary i tell ya
Hopefully no one here will be able to answer that.
I have no idea. I have a feeling that you don't have one.
You don't have a brain tumor. Don't worry.
