It takes time and you have to remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Often times, it also can take 12 weeks to see any results because your body has to adjust to the change in lifestyle. This is probably why 70% of people who start a new fitness regime quit. Just keep working at it and you'll get there :)

Could be building muscle or retaining more water, dont worry about the numbers. As long as you feel better its working
