How do I get skinny? I'm not fat, but I want to be thin.

I am 5'5" and have a curvy, well-proportioned body. But I used to eat pretty much whatever I wanted, and weighed about 150 lbs from ages 15-20. Then a few years ago I went up to 165 lbs. I went on a diet and lost 25 lbs over a year and a half. I limited portions and calories, tried to stay away from fried foods, sugar, and eating out, and started eating more fruits, veggies, and proteins instead. So I have been 140 lbs for a while, and I know I look great, but I want to be even thinner.

I have always thought 125 lbs would be the perfect weight for someone my size and shape. But I need some advice in how to lose the next 15 lbs, since it seems like it already takes commitment, effort, and conscious eating to stay at my current weight and not gain anything back. I have been trying to lose more weight for months now with zero results. How do skinny people do it? Is it just that you have more willpower than I do? Better metabolism? Or are there tricks that you have when you're hungry? I'll tell you my current routine and you tell me what I need to change.

I usually eat an instant oatmeal and coffee when I wake up, then I try to eat 4 or 5 small things throughout the day, for example an apple, a banana, a boiled egg, a string cheese, a yogurt, some nuts, a low-calorie protein bar. For dinner I try to stick to just veggies and lean meat. I eat out once or twice a week, but try to eat something small or a salad, and eat a healthful meal at home the other nights. Sometimes on a Saturday night I might do some drinking and bar food with my friends, but never more than once a week. I walk about 4 miles 4x a week. Once or twice a week I substitute my walk for jogging, biking, or going to the gym where I do the elliptical and step machine.
