Losing weight "quickly" is the wrong mindset. It's good that you want to become healthier and you shouldn't waste that initiative on a fad diet or a 'quick fix' that actually just ends up with you being worse off than you started.
In your 3 months time span, you can definitely loose a good amount of weight, it's going to be all about discipline and diet.
I'd recommend that you either hire a personal trainer or pick up a workout plan like p90x, which is an awesome program. Either way, get in the gym 6 days out of the week and take one day for recovery.
Get a good idea of your daily calorie output. If you really want a good assessment, buy a tracker that you can wear on your arm, such as the bodybugg.
Then, grab a good calorie tracking program and stick to a diet plan.
A good rule to follow is white meat, brown fiber and green veggies.
From there, just stick to it. Keeping a video log of your progress is a great way to motivate yourself to keep at it, you can also find friends you are doing the same thing and team up with them for mutual support.
Also, since you're going on a cruise I imagine you're going for a more slim look. In this case, focus less on losing weight and more on dropping your body fat percentage, since working out will actually cause you to gain weight in your muscles, which is a good thing as you'll look more toned and feel better.
Don't try to find any silver bullets or magic pills, they'll just distract you from the real solution hard exercise and disciplined dieting.
Good luck!

there is good calories and bad calories. bad calories is over processed food such as potato chips, fries, candy etc. and good calories is found in meat, beans, fruits, and veggies. you have to go towards the healthier food (eat 6 small meals a day) and exercise probably 30 minutes a day and don't eat right before bed.
You never want to lose weight quickly. For one, it is VERY bad for you, and two, if you lose it too quickly, your skin will sag and you'll have excess because it wouldn't have had time to tighten back up.
Start by making changes to your diet such as egg whites for breakfast, a salad for lunch (with no dressing or low fat dressing), and a balanced meal for dinner. Limit excessive carbohydrates (such as breads, pastas, etc.) Make sure you get enough protein. Drink a LOT of water to flush for your system, and avoid a lot of salt (that will make you hold water weight). Then finally exercise, primarily cardio which will really help burn fat. Running, biking, anything that really gets you moving. Get a routine down, and this is a healthy way to lose weight. Remember portion control, when you're full, stop. Don't over stuff. (Also don't under eat or starve yourself, besides being bad for your body, it can actually have a reverse effect and cause weight gain.) And try to avoid a lot of snacking, unless it's healthy. (Almonds, baby carrots, etc.)
First of all... don't rush. Do what you can and don't force yourself to lose all that weight so soon. You've lost weight before so you know its possible to do it again. Take your time, enjoy yourself, have smaller portions and go to gym or do a sport regularly. Everybody has different ways of losing weight so I can't really give you a regime. But what I CAN do it tell you this... The most important thing when it comes to losing weight is, your mentality. Trust me, if you just relax and love yourself, everything will fall into place! Good Luck babe! <3

110 to 120 sounds low. It's possible to lose the 10 pounds in a month. I would suggest walking about and an hour and a half a day. Stick with some protein, veggies, and fruit everyday. probably 1500 calories a day will work.
