I'm going to San Diego in a few weeks with my boyfriend. I really need to lose some flab on the upper thighs, and would like to get my stomach and arms a little toned too. Not too muscular, I'd just like to not look flabby. I'm skinny, so I know it can't be too difficult to do, I just want to see if there's any suggestions on how to do so quickly. I know the legs may take a little longer. I just really don't want my butt to hang anymore, it's big, I want it to be firm and sexy, as with my legs and tummy and arms... Anyone know of anything?
