I'm a skinny guy, around 155 pounds and 6'2. I live in a sub-tropical island so avoiding a shirtless summer is nigh on impossible. Just wondering if there are any guys out there willing to share some sort of 2-3 week routine on how to get some quick muscle! :D I have exams in the next few weeks but I'm willing to commit! Please help!
I'm not a guy but lifting weights. build up to high numbers over 100's will work and taking protein supplements/powders will work. My brother takes whey powder I know and he lifts a lot at least 3 times a week. increase the protein and weights.

You need to gain weight otherwise you will just look wiry. Carbs and proteins, lots of them.
High weight and low reps (no more than 10) is probably the quickest way to bulk up.
