Yes, I'm naturally thin, and people often assume that it's due to working out, which is hardly the case.
I could do specific exercises to increase my body tone, however I don't, I prefer to do the types of exercise that improve my sleep, and raise endorphin levels, and I also try to exercise due to my family history of cardiac disease. But I do have to admit that I don't exercise nearly enough...

I do do it slightly for my health, but I know I wouldn't be nearly as strict if it wasn't for cosmetic reasons

I probably started for cosmetic reasons, but then took up boxing as a hobby and I wouldn't be nearly as strict if I was just cosmetic! I'd just lift a bit and watch my diet.
The health factor matters for sure... but I know I would give less of a damn about working out, If I knew my body wouldn't work any better putting in all that work.

I do for my health. Losing weight in the process is definitely a plus, but as long as I'm healthy then that's what matters.
Yeah, but the effect is that I don't exercise much. I generally only do things if I can intrinsically enjoy doing them.
i used to excercise in order to lose weight basically... now i don't need to
