how do I stop worrying and stressing about not getting workouts in?

nothing you can do really, i got severe tendinitis in my left wrist (its still there) and i had to take 2 weeks off, i got so fucking weak d00d. i lost a good 45 lbs off my bench press but i got it back. you just gotta try and not give a fuck if there is something more important that needs to be done.

This aggravates me to, so what I do is double up on the next day so say I missed Monday (chest day). I would do chest on top of whatever I am doing on Tuesday.
Its something that satisfies the workout craving. I got it too. If u dont work out its like the end of the world. U can't sweat it. Each day is a choice and each day is a new day.
Try taking bubble baths. They're always relaxing
I think you just don't like it because its like a daily routine for you and if you miss it then it messes it up for you?
