How to not worry/stress over getting my workouts in?

I'm not the type to worry or stress over ANYTHING but I've realised that I worry over not being able to workout and I've never missed a day (unless I've planned to take a few weeks off)

how do I stop worrying and stressing about not getting workouts in?

Any ideas or suggestions?
