Best advice I can give to you on this is just to wake up early, take advantage of daylight, and exercise self-discipline no matter what. This is key if you really want to accomplish your goal. The earlier you get up, the stronger start you have to your day. It's really best to exercise in the morning because it will give you energy and then you can crash at night. You really just have got to have the self-control and discipline to take the steps necessary to "stay physically active, attend college, and work."

Just think as everyday as summer season. Doing this with friends also helps. Thousands have been where you have been before and have succeeded, so you can too! Just practice healthy habits with a bunch of friends and motivate each other to continue on. :)
Try to look at it not as a chore or hassle but as an opportunity to grow and have fun. Do one thing at a time, and expect incremental results. Listen to music that gets you motivated to work out. Eat healthy food that also tastes good.
