What are some easy fast and healthy foods I can make on the go?

I'm in the military and we live in barracks and in my room I only have a microwave and a small fridge -.- it sucks but I make due. I was wondering what are some good foods I can easily make with or without a microwave that'll help me stay healthy and also to help me physically cause I also go to the gym to get my body toned all around.
