For breakfast: 1 minute quiche in a mug. You need 1 egg, some grape tomatoes, bread, salt, melted butter, grated cheese (like those shredded cheddar bags or something) and either whole milk or half-and-half.
Tear the bread up and put it in a 1/8 measuring cup. Grab a small-decent size mug that isn't too wide/big and crack the egg in it. Pour the milk in. Add the melted butter (or microwave the butter first, then crack egg, and add the other ingredients). Use a fork as a whisk and add some salt and pepper. Make sure you whisk it all so you don't see large pieces of egg white (it'll look yellow). Add cheese, tomatoes, and bread (can add scallions or parsley if you want). Place mug in middle of microwave and put on high for 1 minute.
A marine friend of mine makes this, he said it tasted good and was really easy.

There are things on pinterest where you can make like breakfast muffins. If your microwave can be used to bake, that is...
You can make for example:
- Breakfast omelette. Just get a muffin silicon cups, mix whatever you want with the eggs and add flour to it, and you'll have a protein-rich breakfast for more than one morning.
- Pizza rolls. Get some pizza dough, put salami and cheese or tuna in it, roll it up, put in a muffin silicon cup, make it, and you're done!
Seriously, check out pinterest.
you can snack on healthy things but if you want to get toned all around then you'll need a bit of everything for good nutrition.
for now though, healthy snacking can be as simple as eating sweet potatoes.

You can't really make healthy food with a microwave. You can only reheat things that are already cooked. To cook something, you'd need a stove at least.
Micro wave apples, and dip in peanut butter... Microe only needed if you want warm apples
Sandwiches are underrated.
