that this worst idea I have EVER heard. you're essentially starving your body, the majority of the weight you lose will be water and muscle because you're body is going to instinctively store fat as a survival technique.
also, cleanses aren't diets, they're meant to clean out your bowels. I don't know who decided to turn it into a weight loss method, but they're making a lot of money because people are always looking for an easy fast way to lose weight.
i highly doubt you'll lose 1-2 lbs per day. but if you did, it would be mostly muscle loss. and then when you went off the diet, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to keep that weight from being put back on. the only way you can maintain weight loss is to maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine. people who go on crazy rapid weight loss rampages usually end up gaining more weight because they don't know how to live a healthy lifestyle.
i you wanna lose weight, keep your diet and cleanses separate. use a cleanse once a month to cleanse your colon and eat well and exercise to lose weight.

I've tried body cleanses. tehy helped me lose 1-2 lbs and I was eating healthy while on it. I recommend it. I tried a 15 day and 30 day renew life cleanse called smart cleanse with fiber and omega threes.
You know how to lose weight, eating right and exercise. Diets are temperoray because people don't want to eat chicken and tuna and fruits for the rest of their lives. You don't want to starve yourself because when you starve yourself the first thing your bodies going to use for energy is the muscle you have, than when that's gone it will use fat. Which is counterproductive obviously. If people had discipline they wouldn't shell out money on pills and fad diet plans theyd eat right for the most part and commit to doing exercise daily. So id stay away from diets that are telling you to drastically restrict your food intake or are gonna keep you on the toilet for hours a day.

It's alright but it is more of a detoxifying kinda thing, you will lose water weight and stuff but it is quick to come back on.
That is nothing more than a gimmick. I'm sorry.
