Girls, I want to loose weight, what are the food's and drink's should I eat and drink more?

I have been on my diet but recently I have have been eating junk food and only a little healthy. I have been drinking soda once a day and when I go to the pool I drink a lot of it. please help. I have, been excericing but days have been pasting by and I haven't. I want to start tomorrow. please help!
