Lots of water, or lemon-water. Drink a cup of water as soon as you wake up in the morning. Avoid deep-fried foods, or sweet stuff. Eat them moderately. Eat a lot of fiber and veggies, fruits are good too. Don't take any so-called 'miracle pills' or drinks or whatever. These are crappy and can destroy your metabolism. If you'd like, drink aloe vera juice. It tastes yummy and helps with sleep, clears your skin, your kidneys and helps digestion. DON'T starve yourself! This is how your adipose tissue starts regulating itself to make your body store anything you eat.

Donot drink any type of soda or sweetened drinks. Instead, drink lots and lots of water. I suggest you drink 2 glasses of water when you wake up itself. trust me, it'll do good and it will also help in losing weight. Eat veggies and fruits. Donot skip any meals. Have 5-6 meals a day, including short meals. Eat in small portions. You can munch on bananas or a handful of almonds in these short meals. Eat these short meals every 2 or 3 hours. It'll do good but don't munch on pizzas or fried items for these short meals lol.

Drink water and tea. Eat leafy greens and fruit. Don't overindulge on any one food. Eat as much meat as the size of your palm, because that's a healthy amount. I don't know how much grains. For exercise, keep at it, but don't take elevators unless necessary, use the stairs.
