Not without drugs, either rogaine or propecia
a hair transplant only takes hair from somewhere else (back of the head usually) and puts it at the top or wherever you're losing it. It's just a cover up, you don't have any more hairs than you started with they are just shifted around.
Just accept it and move on.

Jamaican black castor oil or normal castor oil. They sell the natural kinds in gnc, vitamin shoppe, whole foods. The ones in walgreens has salt in it and for your stomach.
