So I've started cross fit for the first time. I stopped for health reasons for about 2 months. But I am now back at it. I started up again this week. I am trying to tone my body, and lose some stomach lol. I had been in cross fit/body building for about 4 1/2 months and really pushed myself. The top photo is from when I barely started. Like a month into it. The last 2 photos are me right now.. As I said I'm barely getting back into it so I'll see improvement later on. But Can you see SOME definition of muscle forming? No rude comments. But any suggestion
