while exercises help you a lot when trying to diet, the real work happens in the kitchen and in your brain... to loose fat you are constantly starving yourself in small steps.
You need to eat less than what you used to and exercise to maintain your current musclemass... else you will burn it aswell when dieting. At the same time dieting is mentally hard, since you need to discipline yourself not to eat that tasty joghurt or burger in your fridge everyday.

You have to get out there everyday and put the time in and hit the track. Plus you really have to watch what you eat and dont give up or have to many cheat meal days
Eating a bit less ensures that your body uses stored fat while exercising helps the body burn the excess fat. It also builds muscle, which is always great, and boosts metabolism.
Strength training really helped me. Just hire a trainer for the first 8 weeks so that you start off knowing what you're doing.

Doing light exercises is really good but don't let any butt wipe bring you down
and i knew a health nut went to her grave with congestive heart failure cause
she over done it with exercising.. They say you eat too little you gain weight
or you eat too much you gain weight i nearly killed myself with dieting when
i was a teen i crashed diet and exercised and loss my mind too.No foods are fat burning. Limit your calories and burn off fat through exercise. Good luck. . . . wish you success. You'll love your new self.
