I know for me it was hard to drink water but I found an app that records the amount of water you drink and recommends how much you should drink. Seeing how much I was drinking really motivated me. You should go back to playing tennis if you miss it. Being active while doing something you enjoy is one of the best ways to exercise in my opinion.
