but I haven't lost any weight! I was hoping to lose at least a couple pounds a week, but so far.. nothing!

well I do know that it is bad to miss meals. when you miss meals your metabolism slows down. what you can do that may help is eat small meals throguh the day, make sure you get fruit and vegetables in, when it comes to certain green leafy vegetables you could be eating empty calories with no real nutrional value. keep working at the gym.
Theres also a thing called your basal metabolic weight and that is how many calories you burn by being alive... I've posted a link so you can find yours out... link for me I burn 1681 calories from being alive. which means if I eat more than that I could potentially gain wieght (along with not having much physical activity) so give this a look. and hopefully that helps a bit. but keep working hard, and eating right.
Don't miss a meal.. if you miss a meal your body will go into starvation mode for the next few days, and it will be nearly impossible to loose weight.
Have a small dinner, and a larger lunch.
Weight lost takes months, so don't expect to see major results over a period of a few weeks.
