Do you eat protein in the form of full fat cheese, 2% milk, fish or meat? Cause grains are not complete proteins and do not contain all the amino acids that you need to build muscle. Without all the amino acids you need in a COMPLETE protein - you will not build muscle and if you don't build muscle - lifting weighs is useless. Softball doesn't seem like there is too much exercise - it is a little too easy. I don't know about football cause I have not played that in a very long time.

Maybe your body got used to this routine so thus you haven't lost any more weight. If you have been doing the same thing for a while then yeah. Maybe increase reps or weight.
Sometimes your body can get used to your routine and plateau for a while. Just keep at it, maybe switch up what you do a bit.

Exercise is the easy part, nutrition is the where you may be lacking. Diets separate the potatoes from the tomatoes. You could also change up your workout routine.
Weight itself does not really matter that much. Gaining muscle is good.
Do you have too much fat, and if so where?your gaining muscle so you gain weight
You could just be eating the wrong foods
