You're in starvation mode. Start increasing your calorie intake a little, continue eating healthy, and make sure you're meeting all your nutritional requirements. Once your body doesn't feel like it's in a famine, it'll continue losing weight. Change up your work out routine, your body can also just be too used to of what you're doing. It's also possible that you're just gaining muscle and still losing actual fat, so you'd have to keep tracking your body fat %.
