Any way that helps you lose weight quickly will also make it easier for you to gain it all back just as quick. Losing weight is not a quick process and those who are looking for just a quick fix need to face the harsh reality: losing weight is difficult and takes time. It's not something you can do quickly. You have to dedicate yourself to it, you can't be lazy and expect to see visible results within days. That's not how it works. But you shouldn't be discouraged by that, rather, you should be encouraged. To work even harder.
Losing weight is all about not eating shit food and exercising. You'd be surprised at how much weight you can lose just by not eating any sugary snacks and fast food such as hamburgers, hot dogs, anything that's fried or overly fatty and unhealthy. Also don't drink anything like coca cola (even diet) or other drinks that contain lots of sugar. Stick with water, tea and milk, make your own smoothies from fresh fruits and berries (don't add any cream, sugar or ice cream, stick with just the fruits since they contain enough fluids to make the smoothie thick but juicy). Also the portion size shouldn't be huge, how much you eat also affects weight gain or loss. Obviously you shouldn't starve yourself, you should still eat a healthy amount of food.
Try to walk everywhere you go, even if it's a slightly longer distance. Walk quickly. Walk up and down the stairs, don't take the elevator. Don't be lazy and take the bus or your car or a cab, unless you actually have to go somewhere that's not within walking distance. For instance, it would take me over an hour to walk to school every day, and that's a bit excessive. But everywhere else, I can get to within walking distance. Usually the places I go to take between 20 and 40 minutes to get to. It's nice and like a good workout if you pick up the pace and try to walk as fast as you can (without running). Adding basic things like this to your daily routine without having to hit the gym or do any actual "workouts" will help you lose weight too. But obviously you can only lose so much by walking a lot, eventually you'll have to do some more serious exercises.
And remember that a healthy lifestyle is just that: a lifestyle. You can't change your lifestyle for only a few months and then go back to your old one once you feel satisfied with the way you look. That will only make you gain all that weight back and all that hard work you did will go to waste.

My advice would be counting your calories, try not to exceed 1200/1500 calories per day ( depending on how fast you would like to lose weight). The first 13 kg were easy to lose but the rest was a bit harder. I personally recommend weighting yourself at least once every 3 days in order to know if your diet is working.
Give up soda and drink lots of water, don't eat junk foods, don't eat between meals. It's usually the most simple rules that work the best.
Once you lose the first 5kg, you'll be even more motived to lose weight :) Good luck :D
I lost it without exercice
A good well balanced diet in limited plus lots of exercise and cardio activities. I don't know if your metabolism is slow or fast but if it's slow it's going to be hard for you if you have slow metabolism but you shouldn't lose hope. If it's normal then also it will be tough but the task will be slightly easier for you, if you have a fast metabolism then it's a different thing.
Start exercising. And stop eating junk food. Well, exercising is more important best is to start running.

Stick to a low carb diet and make sure to exercise at least 4-5 times a week. Make sure to do cardio, at least 25-30 minutes is when you will start burning calories. Just watch your carb intake, and stay away from pastas etc. I lost 25 pounds with sticking to 50-100 grams of carbs per day.
The best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch. If you’re new to the gym, ask a trainer for some advice. By lifting weights, you will burn a few calories and prevent your metabolism from slowing down, which is a common side effect of losing weight.
