However, as I'm allergic to dairy (in addition to being lactose intolerant, mind), I do eat a lot of vegan products. I have noticed that most of these contain nuts.
Can you be vegan if you have a nut allergy?
Please discuss.
You can totally be vegan with a nut allergy, it just might be a little more difficult when eating out since a lot of vegan processed foods do contain nuts or soy. My little brother is allergic to nuts, so I always make sure not to eat them when I'm around him (which is like all the time). It's really not that hard especially if you eat a whole-foods, plant based diet that excludes processed foods. I love eating this way and it's actually very easy to avoid nuts. It's really not a problem.
I think it would be really challenging considering nut allergies can cross react to soy and several vegan alternatives use nuts as a main source of protein. I mean what WOULD you use for protein if you can't use meat, dairy, fish, or nuts?
LMFAO I'm pretty sure dextrose and gravel aren't even digestible :P
I actually tend to avoid them because of nut issues. >,<
Yeah, don't eat nuts. Fruits and veggies are okay, I believe grains are too

Ofcourse you can! Nuts don't have to be your main source of proteins you can get them from dark greens and beans as well!
Nuts aren't the only alternative food with protein so you could but I don't understand why you would.
Yeah just don't eat nuts
