First, it's good to point out that doing so is not fast or easy. It takes time and patience. Fall in love with yourself. List out the things you like and the things you don't, and then write down things you can do to change the negative. Hang out with people that bring out the best in you. Focus on the positives. Have positive affirmations written on your phone or on sticky notes around your house, repeat them and remember them. And don't focus on just the physical. Count the good things in you too.

You repeat these a million times until you believe them, and then keep repeating them.
Over time it really helps. It's not an immediate solution, but then again, there is no such thing as an immediate solution for self-esteem issues. It takes time to build yourself back up and retrain your mind into thinking positively about yourself.
What is making you insecure? Whatever the problem is , you go out and solve it. You get rid of it and then you will be happy.
Fake it till you make it! 'Pretend' to be confident. Do it do much that it actually becomes the reality!

You realize that everyone has flaws, even "perfect" people. There's ALWAYS something they don't like about themselves. You realize your own flaws and accept them. You make goals to better yourself and work towards them.
Find something you enjoy doing that makes you feel good about yourself but that also pushes you out of your comfort zone! You need both to find self-confidence.

To not care what anyone thinks. Don't seek validation from people.
eat healthy, exercise, dress up , act hot , be hot , get done up , do you hair , your make up , wear something cute even if your body isn't perfect. then you'll feel amazing.
