I took my birth control pill an hour late yesterday and 2 hours late today. Could that be why im bleeding and cramping lightly?

I'm on the Junel Fe 1/20 pill. This is my second week of taking it. And my next period isn't supposed to come until 20 more days but i have minor bleeding and crampng

It's a combination pill so you have a lee-way of up to 12 hours from the usual time to take it until a pill is counted as 'late'. You're probably cramping/spotting because of your body transitioning to the hormones, not because of taking it 2 hours after your usual time.

It depends on what pill type you're taking. It's also pretty normal to have upheaval when you start a new pill or method but it's also good to call your gynecologist.
