Question regarding blood-pressure, what are you ways?

Hello everyone just want to know some of your ways to reduce blood pressure.

I recently went on a health checkup and found out my BP was higher than average.

Maybe you guys could share some of your home-remedies or natural treatment ways to reduce it.

Mmm there are a lot of ways to reduce your blood pressure naturally..
-Exercising regularly (30 minutes each day) if you want to exercise more that would be cool, but don't go over doing it
-Eat healthy. So prevent a lot of food that contains sodium. Eat a lot of produce that contains potassium as that will help lessen the effect of sodium
-If you drink alcohol, try to limit that as much as possible

The first thing would be to get a BP cuff at a place like Walmart and monitor your own blood pressures for about a month. This will tell you whether there is a real need to be concerned.
Many people will have a higher blood pressure in a medical office and be otherwise normal.

Eat healthy and excersise, I know it sounds dumb and generic, but it's the truth. There's no silver bullet to it. Also, you might just be genetically predesposed to a bigher BP. Did your parents have high BP?

I am not sure of my parents though, but i reckon my mother having higher BP.
I do try to eat healthy as possible, i dont eat out at all and i do excercise too.

I see, you do look healthy in your pic. What foes your diet mostly consist of? What's your BP and how many times and where have you checked it? Also, you can cut out red meat and eat more fish or take fish oil. Also, the Mediterranean diet has been shown to decrease BP so I suggest you start from there. You should go to the doctor for a check up as well if you're worried and also check your cholesterol. Also, is there any history of heart disease in your family?

Valium, Ativant, weed, exercise, meditation, better diet, stop smoking cigs. Just a few ideas usually you eat a lot of junk or fast food or are sitting around if you have those types of issues but sometimes it could be lifestyle like smoking or genetics I suppose

Check it again at the store when your calm, It happens to me all the time at the doc but at the store Its normal. I have a fear of docs anyway
