You should take a break day after 2 days of working out straight to give your muscles and body a chance to recover. If you overwork it, you'll increase chances of pulling a muscle or injuring yourself in other ways. Make sure to stretch post-workout as well.
It's also good to throw in more bananas or potassium-rich foods into your diet, as they're important to aid in muscle repair.

Remember to rest in between as well, without rest all the hard work becomes null, unfortunately. Stretching is important, but so is resting. 6 days a week is a lot. I'm sure you're doing it because you want results, but sometimes, just 4 days a week along with rest may even be better.
Ur muscles will get used to the constant work in a month or 2, but if ur a beginner u should take it easy until ur body gets used to it, listen to ur body if it hurts too much a day later back off a little

You might be doing to much of the same muscle groups every day, you need to give them time to recover and grow before you work them again
Sounds like you're doing too much or going at it too hard.
Listen to your body. Rest when you feel like you need rest.
Are you working the same muscles out everyday if so that's why
