No matter what anyone says, there are no exercises that burn fat away from specific body parts. When you work out it burns calories, if you burn more calories than you consume, your body loses fat across your body. There is no way to specifically remove fat from one part of your body, and working out that body part more will likely make it larger, because it will build up the muscle there more. You could try working out evenly across your body with yoga or swimming if you want to burn some more fat. Be aware though, you may actually gain more weight at first because muscle typically builds before fat burns. But allow me to leave you with this thought. Mermaids don't have thigh gaps.

Well you can get thinner thighs, but thinner knees are part of your bone and ligament structure and there's not much you can do there.
Atrophy is like a worse case scenario to get you there, but I not sure what the proper method would be.
I guess you could do cardio, but thicker thighs are better.
