You should ask your doctor. Getting to 115 from 159 takes a couple of years if you do it healthily. It also helps maintain the weight more. I typically weigh on 115 at 5'5", but that's because I lost the weight over years after I was done growing. At 15, you're more likely to stunt your growth and cause damage if you lose weight the wrong way.

Thinks its at the low side. I am the same height and my weight is 134 lbs and this gives a BMI almost in the middle. But its more important to focuss on muscle/fat ratio. You can be lean and have a lot fat, or heavy, but have a lot of muscle. The latter is healthier than the first.

Depends on your body shape. I'm on the slimmer side, and I'm 5'7" and 121. I think for you 115 could be right if you also have a slim build.
