I don't rely on caffeine. I do, however, enjoy Oolong tea, which has about 1/3 the amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. At least that's why my family says.
I'll probably drink 2-6 cups a day... I don't drink it for the caffeine. I crave tea just because it's a soothing, calorie free, hot beverage.

I used to be hooked on caffeine but I quit. (suffered through a 3 day headache)
Daily drinking is what gets you hooked; if you space it out like 2 drinks per week then you're fine. Caffeine works better when you don't have a tolerance built up to it anyway.
2-3 cups a day, black as night and a strong as coal no creamer, 2 leveled spoonfuls of sugar not one more then that, and a snickers or I die a painful death through withdrawal.

I take caffeine pills sometimes because they are just pure caffeine. It's easier on your liver and digestive system since it doesn't contain all the sugar and artificial stuff. It's also faster to absorb.
I almost never drink anything with caffeine, I drink water 95% of the time. Usually milk or juice the other 5% of the time.
Hell yeah! Love my coffee! I use to have energy drinks, but I've stopped drinking those :/ lol
When I worked two jobs used to have about a dozen macchiatos a day- ridiculously strong ones too
