I'd say smoking just from personal experience. I used to be a track runner and decent at both long distance and short distance sprints.
I'm still a decent sprinter but when I started smoking in my 20s, it only took a year or so before I noticed a considerable difference in my ability to do things like run up hills without running out of breath.
Drinking sucks and maybe if you do it excessively for very long periods of time, it'll really start catching up to you. But smoking made a very noticeable and negative impact on my ability to do cardio exercises very quickly.
Plus alcohol helped me get laid. Tobacco, not so much. It only became addictive to me because I found it helped me deal with longer working hours initially. After a while it just became something I felt I needed all the time. Alcohol I can go for a whole year without and not even miss it that much. With smoking, a few days and I'm already a nervous wreck pacing around everywhere.

Long term effects porbably aren't all that different, but smoking definitely has more immediate effects.
Both are equally damaging to the body causing damage to your lungs and kidneys. Smoking can destroy your cilia which is responsible for producing mucous. But if you quit smoking, it can grow back. Although, smoking is more damaging than whiskey.
Smoking is incredibly bad for the body. There are actually some pluses to drinking (they don't outweigh the negatives for sure) but it's better than smoking which destroys the lungs. Any type of smoking is worse for the body.

Both are equal, they damage the lungs. But smoking is more effective to being harmful.
Whiskey is actually healthy if you drink it in moderation. It causes vasodilation and improves circulation.
Smoking. But if you asked which is worse between weed and whiskey, I'd say whiskey.
