Any good dieting tips for teenagers?

Anonymous
Im looking to loose a couple pounds and I'm fairley young. I'm starting to go into the overweight section on the bmi chart. I want to do a diet that isn't as different as my regular eating habits. I'm bulimic too so that doesn't quite help. But I'm working on it. Anyways here's what I eat on a normal day. I don't wake up early enough to eat breakfast so starting from what I did today.
Lunch: 2 stuffed garlic olives, 13 ritz crackers, 3 thin cut slices of salami, 3 thin cut slices provolone cheese. Sounds like a lot but isn't.
Dinner: Couple pieces of smoked brisket beef and corn.
Late night snack: Smoothie with raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and a banana.
And then at night sometimes I'll do crunches and sit ups to get rid of my tummy and run in place to help my legs. That doesn't really help because then the next day I binge. Anyways help me if you can. Give advice that isn't noticable to parents. I don't want mine to know. Thanks!
