Do my acnes look very much?

I have some acnes on my face. I dont have body on acne but this red spots make me feel bad. I bought acne gel and good cleansing cream on pharmacy it works but i think i have a lot of scars still. I have a little pale and sensitive skin so summer makes my face bad. Sunburnts, sweat, acnes ugh! If you have some advice you can write it. I will be happy.

I experimented with a multitude of different things and my acne started getting much better. I'm obviously happy for that, but that way I don't know what the main source of improvement was. Anyway, this is what I did and what you might want to try:
DIET: cut down on foods with high glycemic load (sweets and soft drinks), you can try removing dairy and milk from your diet, although the existence of a dairy-acne link is still a matter of ongoing discussion. Make sure you're getting enough vitamins and minerals, especially zinc and vitamin A.
TOPICAL TREATMENT: I use micellar water for oily skin for cleansing, then I apply Zineryt (antibiotics with zinc, Aknemycin can be used alternatively - same active ingredient) and after a while (at least an hour), I use Skinoren on my face, that is, 20% azelaic acid. I found it slightly more effective than Glyco A (12% glycolic acid) which I used before. I do this twice a day, in the morning and before I go to bed.
Don't touch your face with your hands (unless your cleaning it, of course), avoid sun/use sunscreen and be patient, it will take months. Or get a chemical peel or laser treatment, it's expensive, but so are all those creams, gels and supplements.

I forgot apple cider vinegar. I drink some every day (diluted, of course) and I sometimes use it topically as well.

Don't use your hands to wipe your face. Keep your hands off your face as much as possible. Even when washing.

Use a washcloth and soap. Honestly, use a gentle soap (after you've gotten rid of the acne to keep your face clean).

If you sweat a lot, carry around either a sweat band or a towel to use to wipe the sweat if you go for long walks/hikes, etc.

It looks normal for your age. I've seen worse (in HS) to be honest.
