Bottom line for form as far as I know:
grab the bar so your elbows are at 90 degree angles
Roll your shoulders back. The arch in your back should come from you pressing your chest out more than from pushing your ass down into the bench.
Make sure your shoulder blades are pressed as close together as you can but down no hunched shoulders.
Feet shoulder width apart, toes slightly outward.
Relax your arms, keep your shoulders down. All the effort should be coming from your chest. Really try to relax your grip and focus on pushing with your pecs.
It depends what your goal is, esthetics or bragging rights/huge load bearing capacity. If your goal is esthetics id recommend the following:
Lower the bar to your chest slowly. You can get a lot more tension time in your pecs from lowering than from pushing as its somewhat easier.
Raise it up slowly too, in a controlled way, that maximises your pec action.
The slower the movement, the easier it is to control which muscle is doing the pushing.
This might mean you'll have to drop some weighr cause a few small tweaks like pushing only with your chest, and controlling the movement all the way up and down jack up the difficulty tenfold.
But after a session like that, you'll really really feel your chest. you'll feel it targeted the right muscles.

You do realize there are better excersies for the chest? And the bench press is a compound movment meant to use many muscle groups.

maybe, I just get better chest workouts doing that for my bench press. And it had given me better results then when I was doing it like you are. Worked for me, maybe it won't for you, and you seem like you dont need to do that. If your chest is huge and you're seeing improvements to your strength too, no need to fix sth that isn't broken.
Exactly. I did have to fix my form. My legs were all over the place and my bar path was off. I was able to fix in one bench session with the help of some really cool bros.
Some clean reps right der. Weight that used to be difficult flys right off my chest.
