Control your descent on the squats, and don't bounce out of the bottom. You'll blow your knees. Also, rack the barbell lower. It seems like you are off balance getting it off the rack, probably because you're going too high.
With your deadlift, there's too much back movement -- it looks like you're trying to pull actively with your arms. Drive the movement with your hips and reach full extension. You aren't locking out.
Wow. Thats some good advice. On the deadlifts i feel my hips were too high at the start. On the squat, you need to bounce when going atg.

I understand you feel the need to bounce when going atg, but don't. You will eventually wreck your knees. It isn't a matter of if. If you're going atg, then lower the weight you're squatting so you can do it safely.
Also, you aren't going atg in that video. You're only doing a half squat. A true full squat will have your calves and hamstrings fully pressed together.
For the deadlifts, you can place the bar on a raised surface so it's appropriate for your height.

You don't know the difference between a full and half squat? You aren't going through the full range of motion. You can descend further into the movement. And bouncing will mess up your legs. It's that simple.
As for the deadlift, if you're too tall and your hips aren't in a good position for the movement, using a platform for the bar can position the barbell properly for your body.
I don't understand what you find controversial about this.
The fact you called my bellow parallel a half squat. And you dont know anything about hip flexor.
You also drive with your legs on the deadlift. I need to lower my hips and thats obvious to see. Thats why i was bending forward on the lockout. Very easy fix.
You broke parallel. But you didn't do a full squat. You can descend further. Seriously, look up Olympic power lifters doing squats, or lookup bodyweight full squats.
As for the deadlift, yeah, you can lower your hips more... But if you are still too high, raising the level of where the bar rests may be needed. This isn't exactly an unheard of suggestion.

I went lower than that guy. And my bounce was better. You clearly dont know what you're talking about. Pause the video and notice that my hammies are touching my calfs. If i went any lower (which i can) itd be a waste of energy.

Looks like you're pushing yourself too hard. Seemed as if you were struggling a bit with the squats, bouncing back up to quickly. You're going to injure your knees like that.
Don't have much experience with the dead lift but from what I see and guess, looks like you're gonna hurt your back. From what I've seen at my gym you're supposed to straighten your back when lifting.

Not that much weight but your form is spot on with your squats. Your deadlift looks pretty good but your ass could go a little lower. Looks like you're activating your spinal erector too much and should be utilizing your hips more. That's a fast ticket to snap city.

It looks like you're activating your spinal erector as you are coming up. Then as you are coming down you are putting pressure on it again in attempt to smoothen out the whole movement instead of jerking around. At about 0:31. Yeah lol I've been training in bodybuilding for almost five years now. You don't have to take my advice. Just figured you asked, so I answered.
Well i dont take advice from just anyone. My back is neutral buddy. Bar moves in a very straight path too except the last 2 reps. That was the last set of 4, and after squats. My lower back was fatigued by this point so locking out and having perfect form is difficult. I've already gotten okays from very heavy lifters that my form is good. But obviously to keep working on it.
I know the basics, and i dont find your advice very helpful.
Specifically the snap city part. I dont need fear installed in the back of my head unless you dead some serious weight.

I just don't understand the point in asking this question if you are going to retract literally any advice given to you. I think your question is more appropriate on a powerlifting or bodybuilding forums if you don't take advice 'from just anyone' Literally no one else on GAG despite me and a handful of couple people actually lift and have a physique. But I'm not a power lifter boyo.. just a bodybuilder. You could probabaly get better advice from a power lifter if those are your goals. Best of luck with your goals.

I suggest breaking at your hips first, stick out your butt. You are bending at your knees first, but if you sit back first it should improve your form

Deadlift is fine. Squat is okay but it could be better. Try and keep the bar moving upwards in a completely straight line. Make sure you're flexing your glutes too while you squat!

Squueze your glutes at the top of those deadlifts
