Well, considering that you are under 18, it makes sense that you are experiencing break outs. Its part of life. The best way to get clear skin is to leave it alone. The more you touch and prick your face - the longer it will take for the acne to disappear. Water and oranges are your best friends. Drink as much water as you can and eat as many oranges! Oranges help clear up the complexion and even out the skin tone too. Make sure you take any make-up off before going to bed. That way your pores won't be clogged. Your best bet is to take it off with a mild soap free cleanser. I recommend Differin - Adapalene 0.1% Tropical cream. Its pro and is expensive. But it works! Only apply it 3 times a week because it will irritate your skin (because its getting rid of the dead skin cells and the bacteria, hence, getting rid of your acne). It will give you smooth and clear complexion. Make sure you gently exfoliate once a week to get rid of dead cells and making it a routine. You can try using St. Ives Apricot Facial Scrub – it contains salicylic acid and it does a marvelous job at drying up the oil on your face and gets rid of acne while avoiding anymore breakouts. I use it every day. Try a clay facial masque or facial mud masque at least once a week. Apply it to your face after normal cleansing and allow it to harden. As it dries, you’ll see the areas with the most oil and you will literally see where the facial masque has lifted the oils from your pores. If you do have a pimple under the surface, don’t touch! Instead, apply 10% benzyl peroxide solution to the blemish and leave it on overnight.
My best advice, however, is using the Differin Gel I have suggested. Trust me, its worth it! I have tried it and it works - it gets rid of blackheads, and reduces oil deposits, while getting rid of the acne. Also, good exercise and healthy eating will do amazing wonders for your skin. You just have to stick with it and be patient.
If you have a serious acne problem, then see a dermatologist. Anyone suffering from a skin condition will find that simple skin care and healthy eating will not be enough to ensure clear skin. It will help to fight the problem, but medication or a special diet may be needed to help combat serious skin complaints.
Goodluck.

If it is really bad that whatever you use to wash your face isn't working, I suggest that you go to the doctor. My complexion was so bad that pro active wasn't working for me so my dad told me to call the doctor and make an appointment. I'm glad I did, my face is at it's clearest it's ever been.

Acne is best treated by the doctor. My mom used to suffer from it and so did some of my mates and the best thing to do is go to the doctor. Whatever you do, don't pick or scratch as that only aggravates it.
have you tried exfoliating? talking to ur doctor is the best bet if have tried everything you can think of.and if you find something that works but dries out ur face.use a light moisturizer.
