Are you juicing or do you juice?

Make your own cold press juices or drink cold press bought at a juice bar. I've been juicing for a while but finally made the leap to buy my own juicer earlier this year.

Now this holiday I'm making liters of juice for my extended family as we celebrate the holiday. So far the kids love it but I don't give them the green stuff. The adults so far like the green stuff. It is a tiny bit of greens with pineapple and other nutrients.

I did before but I found you need a really good quality juicer and I haven't brought myself to buy a new one. My old one just didn't do the job very well.

Yes I went through that with sales people telling me I needed an entry level juicer since I didn't know if it would be an ongoing thing.

Led to me buying two shitty juicers before getting a good one.

I was spending $8 a day on a tiny juice field at a juice bar. I waited forever for room temp juice. My juicer was $300 but I can make juice for five people at a time and it is good juice. $20 makes 5 drinks of 16 oz

I've probably tried it about once or twice in my life. I mainly eat whole fruit or buy juices because I'm lazy :p

Man waffles if I could send you a big healthy bottle of juice I would. it is unpasteurized so doesn't travel well unrefrigerated.

If you live close to or in a city of 500,000 or more you should have a juice bar. There is no better way to treat yourself than cold press juice in the morning. Beet juice is really good for red blood cells and is tasted. I mix it with an orange and a few carrots with a pinch of salt and lemon.

Maybe you can be the leader in your fam for juicing? Trust me you wake up feeling amazing with juice of less sugary plants.

You can have that. I take breakfast sometimes. But to drink in beets, celer, ginger, carrots or whatever else makes you hydrated and strong.

It is an amazing feeling to start your day. You feel like you can do anything.
