Is this an OK diet? How can I change it up?

I've been on it so far for 3 months and have lost weight by the diet and exercising.

For breakfast I eat a salad with lettuce,tomatoes,carrots,grapes,oranges,cucumbers and lemon juice as the dressing and a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter on top of it.

For lunch I eat a salad with lettuce,tomatoes,cucumbers and onions with lemon juice as salad dressing along with an apple.

For dinner I eat a salad with lettuce,tomatoes,almonds,carrots,cucumbers and lemon juice as the dressing.And maybe an apple or banana.It depends on my mood,like once I ate a peach.

Once a month I treat myself to a piece of baked chicken.

My boyfriend has been bugging me about losing weight so I've been on this diet for 3 months and I go to the gym where I run on the treadmill for an hour and the elliptical machine for 30 more minutes.I'm now 5'4 and 121 lbs.

about how many calories do you think I'm eating a day?I'm also really bored with what I'm eating,what can I do to vary it?I have to force myself to eat it because I can't stand it anymore.
Is this an OK diet? How can I change it up?
