It sounds good from a 'five a day' view point but with any restictive diet it's important to keep it balanced. My main concern is that you're no getting enough calories (under 1200 a day is technicaly starving yourself).
Also, you need to make sure you get some fibre (not least because all those raw fruit and veg will pass staright through you otherwise) so always eat the skins (where you can) and try to eat the biggest and most varied range you can.

no it's not. when I turned vegan, my doctor warned me against eating too much raw veggies
I would say eat a range of different "Raw Foods" instead of just the salad smoothies and peanuts.
