Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 5 days?

My recruiter said I had to loose that much in that amount of time. I work out and eat 3 or 4 small healthy meals a day. I drink a glass of milk and a lot of water. Is this even possible?

My meals are no larger than the size of my fist

Breakfast consists of a slice of tofu milk and 3 egg whites. Lunch is a scoop of brown rice, steamed chicken breast the size of 4 chicken nuggets with some vegetables. Dinner is usually the same as lunch.

And if I'm still hungry I eat pineapple or strawberries
