Watch your calories and keep them to the bare minimum, for an average female I wouldn't go lower than 1200. Milk is not the best thing to drink if your trying to lose weight, except is you are trying to gain mass but that would make you gain weight. Do a HIIT workout, if you don't know what that is google it, too long to explain here. Lots of water to keep your body thinking its full, get plenty of sleep, work out, eat right, and you can maybe pull it off but it still is very unhealthy to try to lose that amount of weight in such a short time span.
