Has anyone ever heard of the HCG diet

I wouldn't but if it is something you're interested in then perhaps you should do more research on it. I thought about doing that cookie diet, but they said the cookies were bland, but they looked huge, I guess they lacked sugar and the good stuff

Injecting HCG, imo, sounds dangerous. You're basically injecting extra hormones in your body and that could really f*** it up. You're better off just exercising and eating small portions of good healthy food 6 times a day.

I don't know what HCG diet is but all I have to say is fad" diets are stupid. If you want to drop a few pounds, make better food choices and get at least 30mins of cardiovascular exercise daily.

I think I was asking the girls, if you don't mind. There is nothing saying girls have to ask questions only guys can answer.
