How often do you have a dump?

All up there. Apparently in avg in USA is once a week, is this true? people of a tribe in Africa instead apparently do it like every six hours. It is down to average intake of vegetables. Extremely low in USA, extremely high in africa (well, that tribe at least). So what are the statistics? For me varies from once a day to every 2/3 days.

LOL once a week?! Ouch dude. Maybe for people who eat STRICTLY meat. But people with more normal diets go every other day, to like twice a day.

I'm in the US and I go once a day, usually. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I eat a lot of vegetables, they make up the majority of my diet.

The only time I was able to not go for a week [and this was NOT fun, it hurt], was when I was on hard drugs and hadn't EATEN in about a week. There was nothing to come out the other end. But the body still tries to produce waste, you end up extremely gassy, and it does NOT feel good when you finally do push one out.

Naw, definitely not so. Meat is harder on the digestive system, it sits there for a long time. Fiber shoots right through you, lol.

if its during the semester, at least once a day. in between semesters its slightly less frequent. up until a couple years ago, I went every few days, but that's not my fault. nobody ever explained to me that I was supposed to go every day. I'm a late bloomer in pretty much EVERYTHING.
